the Amada CNC Punch Press has 52 tooling stations and 2 indexing heads to reduce set-up and changeover times, while providing a large variety of capability; two Mitsubishi CNC Lasers quickly and cleanly cut complex shapes into sheet metal up to ¼ inch thick; the LaserQC provides automated 2D Laser Scanning inspection; an Amada CNC Press Brake can semi-automate the bending process to ensure efficient and highly consistent bendin.
Our machining department has full CAD/CAM integration, multi-axis ability, in-machine inspection capabilities, and modern advances in tooling that have tripled feed rates. We have a large variety of CNC equipment.
The pride of the QC Department is a fully automated Brown & Sharpe Global Image CMM with a 50” x 60” x 40” measuring envelope , running on the latest version of the PC-DMIS software. The software allows the operator to develop programming from the same solid modeling inputs as the CNC production equipment, reducing lead time and ensuring continuity between production and inspection. Once programmed, the CMM is capable of highly accurate, automated inspection in three dimensional space using a touch probe.
